About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant helps customers find products and services through personalized, consultative sales. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T devices and services. The position also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Spanish and English fluency is required; additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training and coaching are provided for candidates without sales experience. This is a part-time career opportunity described as offering fewer hours, although the posting lists 40 weekly hours. Work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment, with a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. New Retail Sales Consultants may earn between $48,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the range is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
