Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant helps customers find AT&T products and services through personalized, consultative sales. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections, meeting sales goals, and earning commission by offering AT&T devices and services. Bilingual Spanish and English ability may qualify the employee for additional starting pay. The consultant works on the sales floor, participates in community events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced role requiring flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Training and coaching are provided to employees without prior sales experience.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends.
