Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is seeking a Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role uses a consultative approach to guide customers through product and service options, meet sales targets, and earn commission with AT&T’s products and services. Work also includes community events, filling online orders, and outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. The role is in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and openness to change help meet customers’ evolving needs. Training, tools, and coaching are provided to help employees achieve their goals. The job is located in Linden, New Jersey, with a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
