Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant helps customers choose AT&T products and services through personalized, consultative sales. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T devices and services. Bilingual employees may be eligible for additional starting pay. The consultant works on the sales floor, participates in community events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role operates in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and openness to change help the consultant keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching are provided to help employees meet and exceed goals. The work schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., includes weekends, and is based on monthly seniority schedules provided two weeks in advance. Weekly hours are 40. The stated earnings range is $58,800 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The range assumes sales goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.

- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
