Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helps customers choose from AT&T products, devices, and services. The role uses a consultative sales approach, works toward sales targets, and earns commission. It also includes participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. This is a fast-paced retail environment. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. The position is part-time and offers 40 weekly hours. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees without sales experience. Compensation is stated as $47,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers; individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
