About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helps customers choose from AT&T’s products and services. The role uses a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, meets sales targets, and earns commission. Consultants also participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position is based at 4736 S Kirkman Rd in Orlando, Florida. The stated schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance.
