About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty on the sales floor and in the fitting room. The role focuses on selling, customer engagement, teamwork, and creating welcoming experiences, rather than serving only as a cashier. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build personal relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them sincerely. The team supports one another and works to improve, learn, and achieve individual and store results. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality. Physical duties include talking, lifting, frequent movement, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Colleagues must be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds. The role also requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment, along with frequent use of computers and other technology, handheld equipment, and a cash register.
