About The Position

DSI is hiring an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent AT&T products and services in a store-within-a-store setting at a high-traffic retail partner location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This inside retail sales role focuses on engaging customers, educating them about products, and closing sales. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with the opportunity to earn $60,000 or more annually based on performance. Paid training and career advancement opportunities are offered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
