About The Position

DSI is hiring energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T products and services in a store-within-a-store setting at a high-traffic retail partner location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This inside retail sales role focuses on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales. Associates help customers find suitable wireless products and services while working toward performance goals and contributing to the store team.

The role offers competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with the opportunity to earn $60,000 or more annually based on performance. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.
• Strong people skills, a competitive mindset, and willingness to learn are encouraged for candidates new to retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.

• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
