This store-within-a-store role focuses on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales in a high-traffic environment. Associates help customers find wireless solutions while pursuing sales goals and delivering service throughout the customer experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.

• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
