About The Position

DSI is hiring energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store retail setting in Marysville, Washington. This inside retail sales role is based in a high-traffic retail partner location and focuses on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales. Associates help customers choose AT&T wireless products and services while working toward sales goals and maintaining company and brand standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers about AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize store sales performance.
