About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Womens Shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about each customer’s needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect customers with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and customer engagement, you build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and popular items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers and build relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and support teammates through honest, caring collaboration. The role requires striving to improve, achieving sales goals, and learning from others to contribute to individual and store results. Schedules depend on business needs and colleague availability. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, and part-time colleagues for 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts.
