About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about each customer’s needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and customer engagement, you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty. The role focuses on selling and customer service rather than cashiering alone, while also helping keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and best sellers, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They engage customers in friendly, personal conversations, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, share loyalty program benefits, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with coworkers, work toward individual and store results, and continually learn and improve. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
