About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in women's shoes, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers' needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with relevant products and services. You build trust, achieve sales goals, encourage customer loyalty, and help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. The role includes customer engagement and selling on the sales floor, as well as maintaining fitting rooms and merchandise presentation.

Requirements

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
• Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities while contributing to a team.
• Comfort using electronic devices.
• Ability to talk, lift, move, stand, and reach with arms and hands; stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.

Responsibilities

• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling products, and stay current on trends and promotions.
• Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and information.
• Work toward daily sales goals and use selling behaviors to drive performance.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty program benefits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Recover merchandise, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves as needed.
• Help customers complete their shopping experience and thank them sincerely.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support one another in serving customers and the community.
• Use electronic devices and technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, to perform job functions and process transactions.
