About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with products and services, and use product knowledge and customer engagement to meet sales goals and build loyalty. The role centers on customer service and selling rather than simply operating a cash register, and also involves keeping the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay current on trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build personal relationships, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, thank customers, and collaborate with teammates to improve customer and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. This role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
