About The Position

The Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store and is responsible for exceeding customer expectations. The role involves listening to customer needs, finding suitable products, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
• Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by using the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles, and saying the six standard phrases.
• Understand fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure all merchandise is represented on the sales floor in a full size run.
• Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues.
• Provide customers with product and brand knowledge.
• Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
