Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and push, pull, or move objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
• Address customer needs and exceed expectations by following UNIQLO service standards and Fundamental Principles, including saying the six standard phrases.
• Know fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
• Process shipment and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor in a full size run.
• Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues.
• Provide customers with product and brand knowledge.
• Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.
