About The Position

The Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. The role is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet those needs, providing in-depth product information, and closing sales. The position is part time at the Roosevelt Field Mall and offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with promotion opportunities every three months based on individual performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals.
Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by following the UNIQLO service standard and Fundamental Principles, including saying the six standard phrases.
Know fitting room standards and assist when needed.
Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
Process shipments and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in a full size run.
Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues.
Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions.
Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
