About The Position

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and deliver a fun, memorable customer experience during the holiday season. Associates learn the company’s products and use their product knowledge and communication skills to provide a high level of customer service. The role is seasonal, running from November 2026 through early January 2027, at Roosevelt Field Mall. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
