About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Roosevelt Field Mall to represent the brand and provide customers with a fun, memorable shopping experience during the holiday season. Associates learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge to deliver a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers.

The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Team members need flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
