About The Position

Primark is hiring a part-time seasonal Sales Associate at Roosevelt Field Mall. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience by assisting shoppers with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns. Associates help maintain the shop floor and fitting rooms, organize the stockroom, process transactions and customer queries, and receive, unpack, check, price, and move merchandise while meeting company standards. The position includes physical work throughout the sales floor and stockroom, with reasonable accommodations available as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Keep the shop floor stocked and tidy, maintain fitting rooms, and organize the stockroom.
• Provide fast, friendly, efficient service at tills, including processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check deliveries; move products onto the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced and meet standards.
• Perform physical tasks involving merchandise and fixtures, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Operate cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and handheld devices.
• When trained and authorized, operate equipment such as balers and manual or electric pallet jacks, subject to age restrictions.
