About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague at Macy’s Cherry Creek, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. The role emphasizes teamwork, dependable attendance, flexibility, and continuous learning.
