About The Position

Arch Telecom’s Mobile Associates work as part of a retail team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around products and services while prioritizing customer needs. Associates build new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones, learn to identify customer needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role, with associates expected to build the skills and expertise needed for promotion to Mobile Expert after completing training. The position involves delivering a strong customer experience, helping customers continue their shopping journey in store, exploring individual needs, demonstrating technology, and guiding customers through purchases. Associates use digital tools to explain coverage and plans and to inspect, review, and troubleshoot devices and accounts. They complete training on the in-store experience, skills, processes, systems, and reference resources, and partner with colleagues across channels to resolve issues and identify small-business leads.
