About The Position

As a Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, at Skechers, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, support store sales, and contribute to an inviting store environment. This entry-level retail role includes customer service, sales, cashier duties, product education, and store operations. The listed pay rate is $17.16. This is a seasonal role.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to keep the store presentable.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet throughout most of the shift.
• Process customer payments accurately and handle cashier responsibilities.
• Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
