As an Outfitter, you are central to the Fleet Feet brand experience. You help customers find the gear and support they need for their fitness journeys, serving them with care, passion, and expertise. You listen actively, offer personalized solutions, and build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates. The role supports an inclusive in-store environment and Fleet Feet’s mission to help people move with purpose.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
Recommend and fit footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs.
Create a welcoming and inclusive in-store environment.

Stay current on product features, benefits, and trends.
Support events, group runs, and training programs that build community.
Contribute to store goals and support operations such as merchandising and inventory.
