About The Position

As an Outfitter, you are central to Fleet Feet’s brand experience, helping customers find the gear and support they need for their fitness journeys. You provide attentive, personalized service, build relationships with customers, teammates, and vendors, and contribute to an inclusive in-store environment. The role also supports community events and store operations, including merchandising and inventory.

Requirements

• Passionate, positive, and proactive.
• Flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues.
• Motivated to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and work on your feet in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
• Recommend and fit footwear, apparel, and gear to customers’ individual needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive in-store environment.
• Build relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners.
• Stay current on product features, benefits, and trends.
• Support events, group runs, and training programs that build community.
• Contribute to store goals and support merchandising and inventory operations.
