•$17 - $21•Onsite

About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs and provide personalized recommendations, product knowledge, and information about relevant products and services. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, build trust and loyalty, and work toward sales goals. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and popular products, and stay informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they build customer relationships through friendly, personal conversations; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and selected vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves; and share loyalty-program benefits while ensuring customers have what they need. Colleagues support one another and continually work to improve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
