About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. Through product knowledge and a personal approach on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you help make visits memorable, achieve selling goals, and build customer loyalty. The role also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They welcome customers and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and merchandise selected for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere closing interaction. Colleagues support one another, work collaboratively, take pride in their work, pursue sales goals, and learn from each other. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
