About The Position

A Sales Associate is responsible for daily execution of the company’s Mission Statement by providing First Class Service to internal and external customers. The role may involve tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment and helps ensure a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained, friendly environment. The position is part-time, with the possibility of leading to full-time based on attendance, tardiness, and work ethics. Starting salary is $15.00, based on experience.

Requirements

Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
Ability to greet, sell, and thank the customer.
Ability to add on to sales and push programs per platform.
Ability to work various shifts in a team-oriented, 7/365 environment.
Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to perform computer work, lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, climb, and bend.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
