About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is seeking friendly, energetic, customer-focused Cashiers to join the 4 Rivers Smokehouse team at Orlando International Airport. Cashiers are among the first people guests encounter and help create a positive experience through friendly service, accurate order entry, and efficient transactions. The role involves working with guests and coordinating with kitchen and other team members in a busy, team-oriented environment. Candidates must be able to meet applicable airport employment and security requirements. An in-person hiring event is listed for Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Orlando International Airport Main Terminal Food Court.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort operating a POS system or willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Ability to meet applicable airport employment and security requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Previous cashier, retail, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, credit card, and other approved payment transactions.
- Answer menu questions and assist guests with ordering.
- Check order accuracy and communicate with kitchen team members.
- Keep cashier stations and guest areas clean and organized.
- Follow company cash-handling and food-safety procedures.
- Assist other team members during busy periods.
