About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is hiring friendly, dependable, and hardworking Server Assistants for its 4 Rivers Smokehouse location at Orlando International Airport. The Server Assistant supports servers and the front-of-house and kitchen teams to create a welcoming dining experience, maintain clean and organized dining areas, and help ensure guests receive prompt, attentive service. The role works in a fast-paced restaurant environment and requires availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as well as meeting applicable airport employment and security requirements.
