They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with teammates to serve customers and communities. The role includes working toward individual and store results and learning from colleagues. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with dependable attendance and punctuality. Physical requirements include talking, lifting, moving, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. The role also involves using computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register.
