About The Position

For Eyes is an optical retailer offering eyewear and eye care products. The Retail Sales Associate provides an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. The role involves serving customers, supporting store presentation and stocking, providing informed product assistance, handling customer concerns, and representing the brand. Associates may occasionally help with opening and closing duties and attend work meetings.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to an excellent customer experience.
Self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
Maintain visual standards established by management and the company.
Resolve customer issues and involve management when needed.
Provide high-touch assistance in complex service situations for VIP clientele and support their retention.
Stay informed about the current product assortment and serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador.
Listen to and act on instructions from management or a superior.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Comply with professional regulations, company rules, and the code of conduct.
Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to a manager.
Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
