About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LensCrafters, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. The role involves greeting and serving customers, maintaining store presentation standards, helping address customer issues, staying knowledgeable about the product assortment, and representing the brand. You may occasionally assist with opening and closing duties and attend work meetings. This is a part-time position at LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to an excellent customer experience.
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Promote an excellent customer experience by greeting and serving customers.
Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
Problem-solve customer issues and involve management when needed.
Provide high-touch assistance in complex customer service situations, particularly for VIP clientele, to support retention.
Stay informed about the current product assortment and represent the brand as a knowledgeable ambassador.
Listen to and act on instructions from management or a superior.
Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Follow professional regulations, company rules, and codes of conduct.
Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to a manager.
Represent the brand through personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
