Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide strong customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and give customers knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Build product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while prioritizing the customer experience and communicate inventory needs.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
