About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Guide, also known as a Retail Sales Associate, for its Bonobos Soho Guideshop. Bonobos is a menswear brand offering a personalized, appointment-based retail experience and fit advice. Guides deliver exceptional customer experiences in a distinctive retail setting, using their product knowledge to help customers find well-fitting clothing and achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Have 1–3 years of sales or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.
