About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. They welcome customers and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable environment by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit. Colleagues support one another and continuously work to improve and achieve individual and store results. This is a part-time role.
