About The Position

Vuori is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Pasadena. The role focuses on connecting with customers and communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and an optimistic approach. The associate helps create a strong customer experience, supports sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and contributes to store operations, inventory management, cash control, and visual merchandising. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create memorable customer experiences and build lasting relationships with customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and give customers knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion and activewear landscape.
Assist with projects while maintaining focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor each evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Help implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
