About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. You will serve customers, stay informed about the product assortment, maintain visual standards, and represent the brand while supporting store operations as needed. The position may involve assisting VIP clientele, resolving customer issues, and occasionally helping with opening and closing duties and work meetings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
• Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards established by management and the company.
• Resolve customer issues and involve management when assistance is needed.
• Provide high-touch assistance to VIP clientele and support their retention.
• Stay current and informed about the product assortment to represent the brand knowledgeably.
• Follow instructions from management or a superior.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, company rules, and the code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
