About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty. The role includes customer engagement on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and helping maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping environment. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for shopping. Colleagues support one another, work toward individual and store sales goals, and continue learning and improving. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Schedules include weekend shifts.
