Responsibilities

Use the GUIDE service program to listen to guests, educate them, and help them find the right gear for their needs.
Build trust through thoughtful questions, product knowledge, and genuine connection.
Support sales and conversion by helping guests make confident purchasing decisions.
Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.
Follow safety, security, and loss prevention practices.
Work with teammates to create a supportive, welcoming environment.
Participate in training to stay current on products, fit, and service expectations.
Represent Fjällräven's values in every interaction.
Educate guests about sustainability initiatives, including the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise.
Participate in local events and community activations when possible.
