About The Position

Sales Associates represent the PRM brand and help provide guests with a high-quality experience through professional, friendly, energetic service, product knowledge, communication, and sales ability. The role emphasizes repeat business, ensuring guests are greeted and assisted, and maintaining the property’s appearance to company standards. Sales Associates complete assigned tasks and follow company policies and safe practices. This is an entry-level position with no minimum qualifications beyond applicable legal employment requirements. The position is part-time, up to 29 hours per week, and includes nights and weekends. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Must meet all applicable legal requirements for employment.
Must meet licensing requirements where applicable.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift, walk, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to safely lift and handle objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
Must be able to stand, either in place or moving, for up to 100% of the shift.

Nice To Haves

Two years of retail customer service experience preferred.
Computer literacy in a PC environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and genuinely acknowledge every guest.
Approach every guest and offer assistance.
Merchandise product displays to create guest interest.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property.
Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and add additional merchandise to enhance the guest experience.
Patrol the property to identify and help prevent theft, safety, inventory, and operational concerns, and communicate concerns to appropriate individuals.
Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Complete assigned duties and tasks.
Follow applicable company policies and procedures.
Use safe practices at all times.
Help direct janitorial staff duties as needed.
