About The Position

McClure Oil is hiring a Store Associate, also referred to as a Snack Expert, to provide customers with a welcoming and helpful experience and support daily store operations. The role includes assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, operating the cash register, keeping the store clean, and recommending products. Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to reach, stand, and move about for at least 12 hours at a time.
• Ability to use a ladder and lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions, and help provide a positive customer experience.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Learn where products are located and help customers find them.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Work cooperatively with other team members and assist when needed.
• Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and inviting.
• Use upselling and suggestive selling to recommend products and bargain buys.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
