About The Position

Sales Associates represent the PRM brand and help ensure guests have a high-quality visit through professional, friendly, energetic service, product knowledge, communication, and sales skills. They support repeat business by assisting guests, maintaining the property’s appearance to company standards, and completing assigned tasks. This is an entry-level, part-time position of up to 29 hours per week, with no benefits. Evening and weekend availability is required, and the schedule may also include days, nights, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet applicable licensing requirements where applicable.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must meet applicable licensing requirements where applicable.
Computer literacy in a PC environment.
Must be able to safely lift and handle objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
Must be able to perform bending, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive tasks.
Must be able to stand, either in place or moving, for up to 100% of the shift.

Nice To Haves

Two years of retail customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and genuinely acknowledge every guest.
Approach every guest and offer assistance.
Merchandise product displays to create guest interest.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property.
Seek opportunities to upsell and add additional merchandise to enhance the guest experience.
Patrol the property to identify and help prevent theft, safety, inventory, and operational concerns, and communicate concerns to appropriate individuals.
Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Complete assigned duties and tasks.
Follow applicable company policies and procedures.
Use safe practices at all times.
Help direct janitorial staff duties as needed.
