About The Position
As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals, build trust, and inspire loyalty. The role also includes maintaining a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms. Colleagues review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and promotions, assist customers, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, and share Loyalty program benefits. Teamwork, dependable attendance, adaptability, and a commitment to improving customer experiences and store results are important.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoyment of meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Resourcefulness, eagerness to start a new venture, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a warm welcome and friendly, personal conversations to understand their needs and build customer relationships.
- Offer personalized recommendations and connect customers with suitable products and services.
- Use product knowledge, customer engagement, and smart selling behaviors to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, thank them sincerely, and provide attentive checkout and package handoff experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the team with honesty, care, and cooperation.
- Learn from colleagues and continually improve individual and store results.
