About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through product knowledge and a personal approach on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you help make visits memorable, achieve sales goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, maintain merchandise presentation, process damages and vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They also share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another and continually learn to improve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
