About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to achieving company goals. The role involves identifying customer needs, sharing product and fashion knowledge, building customer relationships, supporting store operations, and maintaining a safe environment. The position is regular part-time at the Meridian Crossroads store in Meridian, Mississippi.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; ability to occasionally move objects weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may require climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.

• Strong sales or hospitality experience, preferably with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
