About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to achieving Company goals. The role helps customers find products that meet their needs, represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, and integrates the OMNI experience. Associates also support store operations, prioritize work around customer and business needs, protect company assets, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move objects or merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level, which may require climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
