About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate works with store associates and the management team, reporting to the Sales Manager, to deliver a world-class shopping experience guided by PGA TOUR Superstore’s “Customer First” philosophy. The role maximizes sales by keeping assigned areas stocked, properly signed, and merchandised, and by following store operating processes. Associates are expected to help maintain a welcoming, customer-focused store environment and contribute to the company’s vision of inspiring people through golf and tennis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
• Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
• GED or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greet every retail customer observed within 10 feet within 30 seconds.
• Merchandise and sign assigned areas to maintain visual merchandising consistency throughout the store.
• Replenish merchandise from incoming freight shipments as soon as possible to maximize customer selection.
• Investigate customer requests for items the store does not carry and pass the information to a supervisor.
• Address customer concerns and resolve them promptly.
• Keep assigned areas stocked and properly signed and merchandised, and follow operational processes to maximize sales.
