About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for store customers. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. This role is suited to people with a passion for sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle cashier duties, maintain product knowledge, help keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.

• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
